Project 1: Cultural and Heritage Tourism and its role in economic development

The aim of this project is to explore cultural and heritage tourist attractions in Lagos state as a tool for economic and sustainable development in comparison to what is obtainable in the United Kingdom, Germany, India, Italy, and Finland.













1. A visit to the Badagry Slave Museum

2. The China Market, Elegushi
    • The students went to the China market to take a look at the artworks on display and ask the sellers questions about the economic value of these artworks



3. Nike Art Gallery








5. Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS) - the  JSS1 students went to the National Museum as well as the Tafawa Balewa Square. They were taken round the facility by the facility manager.
